Case Report: Case report: Effect of intraovarian platelet-rich plasma therapy on latent female genital tuberculosis patient

Latent female genital tuberculosis (FGTB) has been gaining attention in the world of assisted reproductive technology due to its adverse effect on system, which is becoming a cause concern pathway fulfilling dream children infertile couples. It known severely affect ovarian reserve, one prime causes infertility females nowadays. Intraovarian plasma-rich platelet therapy (IOPRP) improve diminished reserve (DOR); however, DOR caused latent FGTB not known. A 34-year-old middle-aged South Asian woman was unable get pregnant being victim tuberculosis. The patient also had history four failed IUI (intra-uterine insemination) cycles prior their visit Wardha Test Tube Baby Centre, Sawangi, Maharashtra, January 2021. reported having improved thereby positive clinical pregnancy upon administration IOPRP at our centre. This case report throws light aspect that use suffering from may lead significant outcomes.
